There is a limited amount of booth space available. It is important to pay early because
booth payment deadlines are strictly enforced. Vendors who don’t pay on time may have
their vending slot assigned to someone else.

All payments should be made by cash, certified check, or money order

Please do not send payment in until you have received confirmation from the
festival organizers that your application will be accepted and you have been
assigned a spot.

The booth space is sized for a 10 x 10 and is strictly enforced. 
 
Please note that no tents, tables, chairs, extension cords or generators will be provided by
organizers of festival.

General Information & Conditions
Exhibitors will be required to have all business licenses and other permits that are needed for their operation.
NO sound systems are permissible at the booth.

Vendors are not allowed to sell any  ALCHOLIC BEVERAGE

NO WEAPONS or FIREARMS are allowed. NO GLASS BOTTLES or GLASS CONTAINERS
should be dispensed to the public. 

ALL VENDORS AND STAFF MUST BE AT THE PARK BETWEEN 7 A.M and 10 A.M. 
SHARP, THE CUT OFF TIME FOR VENDOR ENTRY IN THE PARK IS 10 A.M. 
ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRY AFTER 10 A.M. 

EACH VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THEIR AREA OF ALL GARBAGE DURING
AND AFTER THE EVENT. 

NO POWER WILL BE PROVIDED. VENDORS SHOULD PROVIDE THEIR OWN GENERATOR.

Arizona Jerk Festival, NubianGlamRock Entertainment, MG Music Promotions or their
associates are in no way responsible or will be held liable for personal injury, loss or
adversity as a result of any incident or Act of God on the day of the festival. 

 

 

Booth Application Agreement
This application for exhibit space must be submitted to NubianGlamRock Entertainment with 100% payment.
Payment is non-refundable.


Booth Design
Exhibits must be of the highest quality. NubianGlamRock Ent. may reject any exhibit which, in its opinion, does not meet the required standards. All signs should be made professionally. Signs that appear unprofessional will be removed.


Booth Space Assignment
NubianGlamRock Ent. will attempt to assign locations which provide distance from direct competitors, but cannot guarantee exclusivity of a product or that similar products will not be exhibited in nearby or adjoining spaces.


Exhibit Safety and Accessibility
No combustible oils, gases, or materials can be used as a part of the exhibit. No other materials may be used or stored in the exhibition area which, in the sole opinion of the NubianGlamRock Ent. staff, could be potentially dangerous. The exhibitor assumes all liability for compliance with local, city and state ordinances and regulations covering fire, safety, and health. Exhibitors will be responsible for making exhibits accessible to persons with disabilities as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act and shall hold NubianGlamRock Ent. harmless from any failure in this regard.


Booth Staffing
Booths must be staffed during show hours while displays are setup. If exhibitor plans to arrive late or leave early, they must clear their booth. NubianGlamRock Ent. will not be held responsible for any exhibits or products left unattended during show hours.


Exhibit Activities/Sales
Exhibitors are encouraged to have activities in their booths, such as contests, handouts, prizes,
drawings, demonstrations, etc. Canvassing is limited to the exhibitors space.
